Crumbly Lancashire was created in the 1960's, unlike the other Lancashire cheese's this one is made from a single days milk. It tends to be matured for only 6-8 weeks resulting in its crumbly and milky fresh finish, it is mild with a slightly tangy flavour. Goes down very well when spinkled over a fresh salad or accompanying oat cakes. Pasteurised and is suitable for vegetarians. ALLERGENS IN CAPITALS - MILK.
