From Doddington Dairy this cheese has the same great taste as Cuddy's Cave, but slightly smoked. It is slowly smoked over oak chips for 48 hours, with the result being a succulent, smooth and creamy smoky cheese. Will most definitely tantalise your taste buds! Not suitable for vegetarians and is unpasteurised. Made on a site that handles nuts.
