This French cheese is traditionally made on the Alpine farms. It holds a soft centre, surrounded by a aromatic and fruity flavour which leaves an amazing after-taste. Its creamy and supple texture creates this to be one of the magnificent cheeses from the Salvoy Alps. Reblochon is excellent melted on baked potatoes.
