The Cheese Shop Morpeth
A gold award winning cheese, made at Blagdon using locally sourced Jersey cow milk from the oldest Jersey herd in Nothumberland. This cheese is matured for between 10-12 weeks, during this time it develops a brown natural rind over a smooth yellow paste. The paste is moist and the cheese has a mild, creamy flavour. Suitable for vegetarians and pasteurised.
