Reiver is also made on the Blagdon Estate, a smooth and tangy farmhouse cheese. Moulded, pressed and matured for 10-12 weeks, this develops a bumpy natural rind. The moist yellow paste had a mild flavour with a mushroomy note. Suitable for vegetarians and pasteurised.
