A very strong farmhouse cheddar from the Isle of Mull, matured for over 12 months with a sharp taste. This cheese has a textured brown natural rind over a yellow paste and a lingering flavour. It is not like any other cheddar cheese, it has its own very unique dry taste. For those to try who love strong cheeses! Not suitable for vegetarians and is unpasteurised.
