Picos Blue is a strong, characterful blue Spanish cheese with a creamy texture. Picos is hand wrapped in real maple leaves and has a very powerful aroma. The rich smell of this cheese makes a good company with a strong red wine or sherry. Produced in the Castile-Leon region of Northwestern Spain, Picos Blue has a bold and salty bite that is sure to leave a lingering tangy after-taste.
