Doddington original cheese is named after the village in Northumberland where the cheese is made at Doddington Dairy! This cheese boasts exceptional strong flavours, most notably sweet caramel and nutty characteristics. Matured for 12-14 months, Doddington has a dark reddish-brown natural rind, along with a dry, deep yellow paste. Not suitable for vegetarians and is unpasteurised. Made on a site that handles nuts.
