This wedding cheese cake is made up of individual cut wedges of Northumberland Cheese. It includes Northumberland Nettle, Smoked, Original, Elsdon Goats, Brinkburn, Berwick Edge and Blagdon Blue.
This cake weighs approximately 4 kilos and would accomodate approximately 50 people. This cake can be made smaller or larger if required.
