Neufchatel Heart - This brie heart-shaped cheese is very soft and creamy, unlike other soft-white-rinded cheeses, it has a grainy texture. This cows milk cheese that originates from Normandy is very easy to love and is a perfect addition to top of any celebration cheese cake.
Cornish Yarg - An award winning cheddar wrapped in nettles, giving it a very unique and eyecatching finish. A genuinally Artisan British cheese which is fresh and creamy under its natural rind and slightly crumbly in the core.
Black Bomber - This is an exceptionally popular black rinded, Welsh, creamy cheddar infused with salt crystals. We really recommend this fantastic cheese for all ages. It is a fabulously strong extra mature cheddar which is powerfull but mellow.
Brinkburn - A local Northumberland cheese which is as extravagant as goats' cheese can get. This is a mould-ripened cheese which is velvety soft on the palate, light-textured and pleasingly refined with a delicate edge to lengthen and liven things up. This international prize-winner is queen of the cheeses.
Cashel Blue - An semi-soft Irish blue cheese, which is slightly salty with a creamy texture, made from cows milk.
Elsdon Goats- Another local Northumberland Goats cheese. Elsdon is a very traditional goats cheese with a firm texture, pleasant tang and a refreshingly clean finish.
