This unique wedding cheese cake incorporates the following cheeses:

(half of bottom tier) Northumberland Chilli - This local cheese is a combination of the creamy Northumberland Nettle cheese and the fiery kick of red chilli. Northumberland Chilli is our mildest chilli cheese so, makes a great addition to any cheese wedding cake as it still suitable for a range of palates.
(half of bottom tier) Northumberland Smoked - Another one of our local cheeses. This is a very creamy, mild, smoked cheddar cheese which holds a smooth, long lasting finish. A perfect balance between cheddar cheese and smoked cheese. Due to its mild taste, it is also very popular with all ages.
600g Reiver - Reiver is another one of our local cheeses made on the Blagdon Estate. It is a smooth, farmhouse cheese which is naturally rinded. Its mild flavour has an almost caramel taste. A cheese that all ages will enjoy.
Elsdon Goats Truckle - Another local Northumberland Goats cheese. Elsdon is a very traditional goats cheese with a firm texture, pleasant tang and a refreshingly clean finish.This truckle size contains 400g worth of cheese.
Blagdon Blue Truckle - A creamy local cow's milk cheese, streaked with blue veins but not over-powering on the palate. The mould ripened finish, gives this cheese a fantastic artisan appearance that will compliment any cheese cake. This truckle contains approximately 250g worth of cheese.
Neufchatel Heart - This brie heart-shaped cheese is very soft and creamy, unlike other soft-white-rinded cheeses, it has a grainy texture. This cows milk cheese that originates from Normandy is very easy to love and is a perfect addition to top of a celebration cheese cake.
